1993  Shoei (H.K.) Ltd. established as a sales hub for the electronic components division.
1994  Nakano Sun Cuore completed.
1995  Production of raw silk at domestic filature plants ceased; withdrew from domestic silk manufacturing business.


1996  Shoei Bratac Silk Industries in Brazil dissolved; raw silk production overseas ceased.
2000  Shoei Bratac Silk Industries in Brazil dissolved; raw silk production overseas ceased.
2001  70th Anniversary celebrated.
Shoei Kanda-bashi Building completed.
Shibadaimon Center Building purchased.
2002  Began sales of high-performance pocket hearing aid Bicho.
2003  Shoei listed on First Section of Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Electronic Devices and Components business spun off to Ueda Shoei Co., Ltd., which was renamed Shoei Electronics Co., Ltd.

2006 Environment business company TOSMAC-i Co., Ltd. became a subsidiary
Toyama Shoei Co.,Ltd. was liquidated and its business was transferred to Shoei Electronics Co.,Ltd
