Persons who want to confirm their personal information should directly contact the department responsible for protecting personal information. Shoei will then provide the personal information that it possesses after we have confirmed that the person making the inquiry is the person concerned, in order to prevent leakage of personal information to third parties.
When a person wishes to correct errors in or update personal information, Shoei will correct or delete the inaccurate or old information after we have confirmed that the person making the request is the person concerned, in order to prevent dishonest alteration of personal information by third parties. |

As regards this shareholder information, Shoei commits to the above Privacy Policy and complies with all laws and regulations, including the Commercial Code, concerning the protection of personal information. We also properly handle personal information in accordance with generally accepted practices for handling personal information, and in accordance with laws and regulations concerning the handling of personal information. |

Requests regarding referencing, correcting, adding to or deleting shareholder information are handled by the Head Office and all branches in Japan of Mizuho Trust & Banking Co., Ltd., the transfer agent for Shoei. |
